Employee Relief
For more than 26 years, the Employee Relief Fund has provided critical support to MercyOne Des Moines colleagues during some of life’s most challenging moments. In the past year, assistance has been provided to team members facing the sudden loss of a loved one, serious illness diagnoses, and those with unsafe living conditions. Your generosity makes it possible for colleagues in crisis to receive financial support when they need it most.
Last year, 104 colleague donors contributed more than $25,800 to the Employee Relief Fund. Our colleagues are our greatest asset, and our MercyOne Des Moines family is committed to supporting one another. Every gift to the Employee Relief Fund directly helps colleagues navigate unexpected hardships and provides hope during difficult times.
