I ended up going back to my normal provider when my symptoms did not get better and have now been given meds to help my symptoms.

Very sweet and kind and understanding
This was the first time ever seeing Laura Thayer. Our primary care physician was out of the office that day. I was very impressed at her professionalism, her knowledge, and how much she cared about the patient. And she was very knowledgeable about what was going on with me.

I鈥檒l say it again here in case it was in the wrong place earlier: I cannot say enough good things about Laura Thayer and her high quality of patient care. Her actions and words show that she genuinely cares about figuring out what the problem is, what is causing the problem, and how best to treat it. Like many people, I have encountered dismissive healthcare professionals who do not take my health concerns seriously or barely glance at my chart before coming into the room. Those kind of experiences make one hesitate to seek out medical care. However, Laura Thayer is not dismissive or apathetic like that. When I have an appointment with her, I know I will receive the best patient care while also being treated with respect and dignity. If I could make Laura my primary care provider, I would.
