PARKING: Enter hospital campus from 6th Avenue. Proceed past the hospital's emergency room through the covered parking area. Follow overhead parking sign to turn left onto the top of the parking ramp. (the gate should be open). Take the elevator (located on top of the ramp, south side) to level A. Turn left off of the elevator and follow ramp into the cafeteria. Turn left and go through the back of the cafeteria and down the ramp to the East Tower Conference Rooms. Registration is in the lobby/vending area.

Are you expecting more than one baby? Come and join us in this interactive, comprehensive, one day course that provides an in-depth understanding of the labor and birthing experience from pre-labor signs, to early labor, to active labor, transition, pushing and delivery of your babies!

Third Saturday of every odd month, 9 a.m. - noon

You will interact with other twins/multiples families in our engaging classroom environment. Our instructors will show you several relaxation techniques and comfort measures including breathing, massage, and positioning. This class will focus specifically on the similarities and differences in a “multiples” birth vs. a “singleton” birth. A tour of the MercyOne birthing suites is included during the last class at our downtown location. You will leave this class feeling confident in designing your desired birth plan wishes.
