About this event
From the comfort of your home, you can access our online interactive classroom platform through InJoy Health Education, customized specifically for our MercyOne families. This comprehensive evidence-based research prenatal course provides an in depth understanding of the labor and birthing experience from pre-labor signs to early labor, active labor, transition, pushing and delivery of baby.At your own pace during the course, you will read through evidence-based research and learn several relaxation techniques and comfort measures including breathing, massage and positioning.

Session access start dates are the first day of each month, but you are welcome to start anytime. Once you start the course, you have access to go back to review the information for six months
