Bryndee Nichols, DPT, will help you discover your pelvic floor anatomy and understand the foundation of your body’s core, learn how your pelvic floor changes and adapts during pregnancy, master simple exercises to strengthen and support your body throughout pregnancy and get tips of bouncing back safely and quickly after labor and deliver.
