About this event
Connecting with others who are walking the same path can help you through a cancer journey. Third Wednesday of each month 9 – 10 a.m. Located in MercyOne Dubuque Cancer Center | Conference Room Our support circles provide a safe space to receive emotional, educational and practical support.The groups are led by MercyOne’s resource nurse specialist and other experts who discuss topics related to cancer diagnosis, treatment and coping:
- Nutrition
- Treatment options
- Exercise
- Financial challenges
and options - Symptom management
- Available resources
Open discussion with other patients, survivors and members of the care team. Anyone with a cancer diagnosis, whether currently receiving treatment or a survivor, as well as loved ones, are welcome to attend.
