Dr Shah checked if technician was available that same day to run my test and the tech said yes so after one half hour, I got to have the test done instead of having to come back the following day!

Had a bit of trouble understanding what the physician was saying at times. Didn鈥檛 appreciate her questioning that I was going to get an opinion from a neurosurgeon. She made it clear that he would say the same thing she found in her EMG.

I like her.
She seemed to not care at all and when she does my notes that are in my summary they are inaccurate and did not list the complaints that I had going on. Also she put in the summary that I was a 77 year old female and not 37. So when I send documents to my absence people for work they don't accept it because of that issue and it makes it look like provider doesn't know what she's talking about. I told the doctor that the medication was not working and it was making me sicker but she told me to keep taking it anyway even though it will make me miss work. She just doesn't care.
In the discussion about the medical providers and appointments as a whole she totally understand what patients are experiencing when they have problems and have to wait so long to get an appointment and see an a provider. are
I feel she is very knowledgeable and will accurately indicate what I should do in the future.
She didn鈥檛 seem to have any sympathy for my problems.
Dr. Shah wasn't the problem, I have problems with the receptionist because it seems like time is spent with patients or talking to others when knowing I need attention also or at times seems somewhat rude to me

Dr. Shah is very committed to prteventing a relapse of this arteritis especially because this would likely result in blindness for life.
