We love Angie as the provider. I don't like that when I call and ask to speak with her I can never talk with her, just the nurse. The nurse says she will call back with an answer by the end of the day and it ends up being sometimes 4 days later. I understand things get busy but when it's regarding a pretty serious health concern for your kid, it's frustrating. My daughter's heart monitor got sent to Iowa Heart, which will not read monitors for people under 18. So I had to wait additional time for the information to be sent back to Angie to read. Not sure why it wasn't just read in house in the first place. I just feel the urgency hasn't been there when I'm trying to get answers. The nurse just keeps saying she understands my frustration but then it continues to take forever to get an answer, results, or appointments made.
