I was speaking with a caring person who responded to me request for an earlier day.She said it would be necessary to speak with the Dr.I hope that I wasn't overly dramatic.I had been sick for what seemed like a long time and I wasn't getting better. After being with Dr. Agarwal and all of the staff my attitude was improved due to the professionalism and positive attitude. I am grateful for the care I received from everyone I came in contact with on that day. I am anxiously waiting to know the results of my testing. I had given up the hope of participating in the Senior Bix. Now I have new hope.

We had a card for our next appt that said 2:30. So we haso call reminder came saying, 鈥淭his is a reminder of your 3:30 appt.'s I played it twice thought it was not a clear connection. I was never notified that it had been change . So we went at 2:30 , just in case. Well they didn鈥檛 take us til 3:30 so we wasted an hour of our time
