The 2023 MercyOne House of Mercy Game Show Gala, presented by Community Choice Credit Union and produced by MercyOne Des Moines Foundation, will take place on Thursday, June 22. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Des Moines. This year’s chairs are Josh Cook, CEO of Community Choice Credit Union and MercyOne Des Moines Foundation Board Member, and Brooke Cook, Community Impact Advisor.

The 14th annual gala is a fun-spirited game show-style fundraiser for MercyOne House of Mercy, one of Central Iowa’s most comprehensive providers of vital behavioral health care, and the state’s largest substance use disorder treatment program for parenting women with children.

“We are honored to serve as chairs for this impactful event which supports some of the most vulnerable in our community,” said Josh. “Funds raised through this event support the lifesaving and transformational work being done at MercyOne House of Mercy.”

“MercyOne House of Mercy provides vital, evidence-based programming for our community,” said Brooke. “We are very excited to chair this year’s event and help individuals in our community have access to the treatment they need.”
