My only complaint would be that I needed to do blood work before my appt. with the Doc and the orders weren't called in. I'd asked specifically when the there was a reminder call if I needed orders, I even asked which office I should go to, and they assured me I didn't need to have paper orders, they'd be on file. Needless to say they were NOT. I waited 1/2hr. at the office only to be sent home because the orders hadn't been called in. And it was less than a week I'd talked with someone from the Dr.'s office about the appt. It seems to happen ALOT - like the last 3 times I've had to have a blood draw done.
