After I was released from Dr Torstenson, I was a little nervous, but Kelly made me feel completely relaxed right away. I feel she is professional, kind, thorough and takes enough time to explain my results and listen to questions as well as just visit a bit.

Did not know if my appointment was done so just got dressed and left; did not know if the provider was going to folllow through with a plan and she has not; felt very disrespected especially from another female and I had been so worried she did not put my mind at ease or show any empathy; I left more confused and crying.

I was very happy with the care I received on the day of my appointment. It did, however, take 3 phone calls before anyone returned my call and set up my appointment. My first call was the end of January but I had to call 2 other times over a period of approximately 2 months before they actually scheduled me for a check-up.
