This most recent was a follow-up appt; my initial appt was booked online. I am not sure she knew why i was there despite the online program asking a lot of questions. So is there a way to make them aware that we have booked the appt online?

First of all, I wanna say she was very prompt didn’t leave me sitting in the room very long. She listened to my concerns. She asked questions about my background smiled very very professional and congenial and respectful. What else could you ask for?
