My past experience w Dr kassiotis had always been excellent. This time he seemed rushed. had to wait so the appointment was late in seeing the Doctor. He seemed to rush thru the time w me. He normally takes all the time to fully examine and answer all the questions. This was my first time in the Des Moines office. I will make my appointments in Webster City the next time.

He is a very competent cardiologist. There are problems with communication. I do not understand why certain things HAVE to be done like taking certain meds. I need a better explanation of procedures.

My first experience with this doc, looking for help with 3rd stage heart failure. The doc spent 10 mins. Left room in a hurry. Waited for nurse. Referred to waiting room where ki waited for about 30 mins. Watched staff hurrying around, many seemed confused. Finally for up and left.
I have a medical condition that prevents me from communicating effectively but Dr. Kassiotis' patience with me was the most apparent to me than I have experienced in many years through MercyOne.
Everything is very good to me.
I always look forward to seeing the doctor. He always has made me feel good, and he always listens to me, and he always explains why things are going, and he does it in a way I can understand, and that makes me happy.
