Billing is the only thing that was truly annoying. I had to call in and prove I paid at the time of service. This should never happen.

Told me there was nothing they could do. Didn鈥檛 even talk about other possibilities or ways to handle things. Told me my other doctor needed to do a better job tweaking my antidepressant medications and get more therapy. So disappointed for the amount of time I spent there and what the result was compared to driving time and really getting to know me.

I was asked if a student could be in the room during my exam. I was not asked if the student would perform personal tasks including a breast exam and pap smear. It made for a very uncomfortable situation. I did not appreciate being put in that situation. I did not speak up as I did not wish to have to explain myself in a situation where I was already feeling vulnerable. The student just kind of started in without any kind of verbal warning about what he was going to do. I have never had an experience where there was this lack of communication but I do understand he was learning. The doctor I went to see was fine. Staff should make sure patients know that allowing a student to be present means that you allowing them to touch you if that is what is intended.

She's wonderful but my new insurance isn't accepted there so sadly I can't continue care with her until next year when I change my plan.
