About this event
A childbirth educator will share the physical and emotional changes that occur postpartum, for both mom and partner, such as baby blues or postpartum depression.Third Monday of every odd month, 6-8 p.m.
This class is designed for current expecting families who will learn from a panel of new families who are invited back to attend class with their baby to share their experiences, advice, and answer questions.
