About this event

This 4-hour class teaches the basics of babysitting to boys and girls ages 10-15. Curriculum includes what to do in an emergency, appropriate toys and games based on child’s age level, tips on making healthy snacks, and interactive hands-on activities to use when babysitting. Participants will learn the basics of CPR and the Heimlich maneuver, but they will NOT become certified in CPR. Participants will also receive a babysitter’s certificate and information and ideas to take home. Please bring a lunch and water bottle.

Classes are offered in-person. Cost is $20 per participant.
