MyGenesis is a secure online health management tool that connects you to your personal health record and offers a simple way to communicate with your Genesis care team.
You play a vital role in your health care. MyGenesis offers easy access to your medical information and tools that will make it easier to share in decisions about your health. Stay informed by viewing your up-to-date medical records, including test results.
You can enroll in MyGenesis while visiting Genesis for an appointment or a hospital stay or you can create an account online. Speak with your provider or a member of your care team to start the enrollment process.
Check first to make sure the invitation email is not in your junk or spam folders. You may contact technical support 24/7 by calling 877-621-8014.
You can reset your password on the login page. Click forgot password and follow the instructions.
Your privacy is a top priority! This is a secure site, where you will need to put in your username, password and security question to view, store and share your health information.

You will receive a response within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Please note that the response times exclude weekends and holidays.
When a new message arrives in your MyGenesis inbox, an email alert will be sent to the personal email address you provided when you set up your account.
No! MyGenesis and secure online messaging is for routine health-related inquiries only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 and do not use online messaging.
Yes. If you choose to request a prescription renewal, a representative from Genesis will respond within two business days (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). For your ongoing refill requests, continue to contact your pharmacy.
Most common lab test results will be viewable in your medical record. Some sensitive results are not currently available.
Parents/legal guardians of children under 12 years of age can seek proxy access to their child's account. Access will be automatically revoked when that child turns 12 years old in compliance with privacy regulations. To gain proxy access to your child's account age 0 - 11, please please complete a Proxy Access Form.
We realize that parents/caregivers of children and adults with disabilities or other long-term chronic illness will need access to this person's medical record. To gain proxy access to your incapacitated child, please complete a Proxy Access Form.
When a patient is approximately 12 years of age, many providers start having conversations with adolescents regarding private health care needs. To ensure confidentiality of these conversations and comply with state laws, parents are not allowed to have access.
If your child is unable to make medical decisions on their own due to medical conditions or illness, you may be granted access to manage their health record.
Cerner is the vendor we work with to securely manage your electronic medical record information. MyGenesis is a customized Cerner system which provides you with the capabilities to interact with the medical record system.
