MercyOne Centerville Outpatient Infusion Care

Infusion therapy involves the administration of prescribed medication such as antibiotics, antifungal, antivirals, chemotherapy, hydration, pain management and parenteral nutrition through a needle or catheter. It is prescribed when oral medications cannot treat a patient’s condition. Infusion may also be non-oral and provided through other non-oral routes.
The Outpatient Infusion Center provides short and long-term infusion therapy in a comfortable setting.
