At MercyOne Des Moines Diabetes and Endocrinology Care (also known as IDEC-Iowa Diabetes and Endocrinology Care), our business is to make sure your hormones are powering your body correctly. Endocrinology care addresses issues with your body’s chemical messaging system, which regulate hormones through your major glands. These include the thyroid, pancreas and pituitary gland. 

MercyOne Des Moines Diabetes and Endocrinology Care is equipped to treat and help patients manage many issues with the endocrine system including diabetes, hyper and hypoglycemia, hyper and hypothyroidism, and osteoperosis. 

MercyOne Des Moines Diabetes and Endocrinology Care is located on the third floor of MercyOne Health Plaza, accessible from the Laurel Street Entrance. Visitor parking is available to the east of the Health Plaza, also accessible from Laurel Street.
