The only complaint I would like to make is the checkout process for me. I do understand that this takes time . However, I spent the last day trying to figure out when I was going to be released. I went from that day to 2 more days to unknown. This seemed to occur because a communication breakdown occurred between the surgeon and the rest if the staff so everyone was operating on notes in my chart but even those were inconsistent. We waited for someone to find my surgeon who had apparently forgotten to finalize and send my discharge orders. Once they were in , it was very swift.

We were disappointed in her lack of communication/answers to our concerns; she came across as being more concerned with the fact that she was calling the shots in my care rather than hearing our concerns and arranging for the cardiology evaluation recommended by the ER provider or explaining why she didn't feel a cardiology evaluation was necessary

On this particular day, the computers were down. I paid my copay with a check and I am still getting billed for my copay. I stopped in the billing office and was told someone would look into it and would call me back and I have not been contacted.
