My goal is to help patients understand how the science of medicine can apply to keeping them healthy, and calm. We live in a world that can be overwhelming, even with recommended medical guidelines. I try to apply the most important things first. That usually means to encourage daily exercise, stretching and deep breathing or prayer, regular and small meals, and finding a joyful work.

I said it in last box waiting time long. Appointment short.and does not want to listen to your concerns. He used to be a great doctor but last couple of months he forgets to call in the perception like he said and just cuts you short and goes to next room me and my wife was there last week and didn't call in all thing things he said or call and discuss treatments with other doctor or put his concerns to other doctors just in to big of a rush

From nurse to doctor to the person took my blood. All did their job well, listened and was polite. The office people were quite helpful and polite.
