The elevator was gross. Thisbis the first visual i had of the facility in 15 years. It did not start my visit off with a positive impression. I had called in advance to ask a question about prep, my message was not returned. When i called back to a more general number i was passed around several times and still never got someone to help.

Dr M cares about people and has a heart for their health and well being. Clearly among the top 5% most capable specialists that I have had the good fortune to receive my care from. During my 40 years of working and living in 14 states for the BNSF Railway, Dr M is the best among the many specialists i depended upon.

I think I made him uncomfortable with my comments. I asked him where he was from. Due to his accent. I need to be careful of what I say. I meant no offense. He did an excellent job with procedure.
