Aileen Prabhakaran, MD, is a provider at MercyOne North Iowa Diabetes, Endocrinology and Weight Loss.

Dr. Prabhakaran received her medical education from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College and completed her residency at MercyOne North Iowa Family Medicine Residency.
“Nothing gives me more satisfaction than seeing a smile on my patients face when their diabetes gets better, or they have lost a significant amount of weight and they’re able to maintain their weight after they have lost it.”
Outside of work, Dr. Prabhakaran enjoys spending time with her family, playing games with her kids, and hiking.
