It was nice to walk out of there knowing that my skin problems were taken seriously and addressed.
Heather may hurry me a little more than I can keep up with. But that's just me and my mental state. Sometimes I forget to ask a question and have to request the desk staff to help me, which they are very happy to do. It's too bad insurance has some limitations on what can be done.
