She is through and knowledgeable and she is definitely someone l would like to know is beside me in a crisis.. my situation was very easy to resolve but I saw her respond to others that were not able to explain their needs and she stableized them and sent them by ambulance to the hospital.. she felt l should do the same but she worked with me to get my needs met so I could stay in my home and treat my illness..l trust her with my life and anyone else she would treat
Liked Dr Goll very much, wish she was seeing patients and not just eugent care.

Dr Goll was very professional and courteous. We discussed my smoking history & she assured me that although she did not want to alienate me from my actual reason for the visit (sinus infection) she wanted me to get back on track with a PCP & let me know I was eligible for CT scan of my lungs. I appreciated her feedback. unfortunately, could not schedule a F/U that day & my schedule is very busy. Will proceed in the future as I am also considering another care facility which has recently moved to Mason City.

I had chest congestion, and she never listened to my lungs. I talked about having laryngitis, and she never looked into my throat. The nurse practioner seemed nervous and unsure.
