While I understand I don’t have any acute symptoms to treat at this time, I feel having a chronic condition requires accurate documentation about the progression of symptoms. I felt he didn’t understand that, while I am managing symptoms fairly well, it is taking increasing time and effort to do so. I also felt that the decline of my function and increase in symptoms over just a year period wasn’t properly acknowledged.
