She came off as I was a inconvenience to her work day had to call back twice to get my questions answered and didnt get to talk to her directly so questions are still unanswered but rather wanted me to do physical therapy but yet said my back was normal why is physical therapy needed then seems im being pushed off to someone else
This was first visit with Alexa. She listened to my concerns and did not brush them off. Was very thorough and also very easy to talk to.
I almost went to IA Specialty, as this is the 3rd provider I have had to change to in the last 5 yrs (due to their retirement/moving). The gal in scheduling recommended trying a visit with Alexa Popp & I am so glad I did!!!

Alexa along with all the nurses on her team and including the ladies up front have been nothing short of amazing, caring, and kind....thank you for making my transition back to me choosing my own health a guilt free adventure so to speak what with all the catching up I need to do on my health maintenance (after ignoring it for a few years)and with everyone being compassionate, caring and encouraging along the way!
