Listened to what I said
She did an extensive exam, asked pertinent questions & listened to our answers in order to understand current symptoms/ health issue.( we felt heard) She took extra time to read through previous doctor’s notes (regarding an ER visit). provided information, & explained previous test results. She worked hard to rule out potential issues and gave us direction to have further testing done.
During my visit, her full attention was on me and my care/concerns.
As I said earlier in my review, she is a special ARNP in my opinion. It is so nice to go to a provider that sincerely listens and pays attention when I'm talking. I hope this is the trend towards health care into the future and not robots.
She was respectful and honest with me, and I had complete trust in her.

Amanda always has time to listen and offer her opinion on whatever it is that I am there for. She is super friendly and easy to talk with about any topic.
I wished I had told the provider at the beginning of the appointment i had another concern. I told the nurse but she didn't communicate the issue to the provider. The appointment ran longer than it should have because of poor communication. The staff here are actually really great at what they do. I understand that physicals are blocked for a shorter time frame. My concerns were addressed.
