About

I am dedicated to diagnosing and treating the cause of your pain in order to restore the highest level of functioning. Improving the quality of your life is my most foremost goal. I specialize in medical and interventional treatment options with the minimization of opioids. My treatment plan consists of a multidisciplinary approach that includes physical therapy, medications, injections and recommendations for lifestyle changes that affect your pain. If chronic pain is interfering with your life, please contact me.

My clinical interests include a broad spectrum of treatments for chronic pain conditions ranging from spine related conditions, nerve and muscular-related pain disease to arthritic and other orthopedic related conditions. I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan to help you live your best life.

I wish Dr. Bellinger would talk a little louder. With her accent, I can't catch all of her words. It takes quite a bit of time to be called back from the waiting room and for Dr. Bellinger to come see me. I would have liked a better understanding of what my steroid injection involved at MercyOne. The nurse who booked my appointment possibly should have explained the procedure (how everyone is dressed w/lead coverings, what happens in the operatory, how long it takes, etc.)
