I have been going to Dr. Cady for a long time and he has always made me feel welcome and he always tries to let me know in a way. In a way I can understand what is wrong and what we can do about it.
He is very responsive to questions even when I call his office.
I just wish his office was closer to my residence.
Doctor is very personable, but doesn't spend more than a few minutes with me. Just a few quick questions to review meds and visit is over. This pertains to bi-yearly (or yearly) physicals.

Dr. Cady is good, but needs to improve his support staff professionalism. He needs to manage staff time better for the patient experience and be restful of time constraints that others might have. The workflow is poor. Dr. Cady is solid as a physician.

A couple months back my urologist was testing me for possible cancer -dr Cady told me even though this was the urologist that was testing me. He let me know that he was there for me if I need counseling or anything to give him a call. He was there for me 100%. He let me know that he wasn’t passing me on to another doctor just because they were my specialist- he definitely let me know I could contact him for anything- he totally understands how cancer diagnose could play with your psychic in your head. He was so there for me. Yes, he was.
