Brooke makes her patients feel comfortable and she listens. She even makes us laugh! And laughs at my jokes too, no matter how bad they are. LOL. Brooke is a down to earth provider who gets her patients and responds efficiently. I've had a lot of providers in a short amount of time since my long term provider retired a few years ago, and Brooke is by far the best. She treats me with respect and dignity every time I am there. I live out of town but I continue to use her as my primary caregiver because I appreciate her so much. I am pretty sure it wouldn't matter how far I was from Mason City, I would still travel to Brooke! She is that good!
Brooke has consistently been a good provider for me. She gives me choices and listens to my concerns. She doesn't ever push, only suggests.

I feel that none of my labs were explained to me and i was never really given any input on how to improve my results that much. Except to eat a high protein diet is how i could lose weight. But no other suggestions. And i was told labs were just the way they were bc of what i ate or didnt eat the day they were done. Poor diet. Didnt really explain much. I ask alot of questions and feel i have an underlying issue that might not being addressed. Such as when i had c diff. I was told that was a viral thing too and had to go see a diff dr to get proper diagnosis and testing for that.
