Have always liked Dr Smith since she became my primary care provider!
Candice is easy to talk to. She cares about her Patients she listens. She comes in the room sets down and asks how you are doing and what’s up with you and how things are. I don’t like these reviews and if I had any issues I would deal with them directly with Candice. I think these reviews should go to new patients. I’ve been in the Mercy network since 1975 and only had two Doctors. I don’t plan to change that.
I trust Dr. Candice Smith. She is a woman of integrity. She really listens and hears me. Since I lost my Mother 20 years ago, I am unable to ask her any questions. Dr. Smith has alleviated my fears as I have been going through menopause and questioning my sanity, that I am "normal".

I've been Dr. Smith for 8-9 years and I visit often. In that time only ONCE was I able to detect that she was maybe having a bad day. She enters an OV ready to give full attention to the patient and to whatever I say. She's a great care manager, answering my insurance questions or helping me choose specialists and interpret their tests, etc. Here's the freaky part: because I'm a difficult patient, I know that she gives this care to everyone. If not for Dr. Smith, I might not be seeing any doctor at all.
