Waited 45 minutes in reception area. They spent 10 with answering questions and EKG, the another 30 minute wait to see NP. No one said anything about the long waits or introduced themselves. Everyone did the technical part of their job ok, but I felt like everyone was rushing through their work and didn’t treat me like a person.

Appreciated Ms. Schaufenbuel & her knowledge of dysautonomia. Also appreciated her patience in reviewing my complicated history. She seemed very knowledgeable and it seems NP have/give more time to talk & listen than the physician providers. The exam room was too small. I utilize a wheelchair & the check-in process was abnormally busy as one nurse reviewed my medications while another performed the EKG & other tests. So, my wheelchair, with the EKG machine, my caregiver, 2 nurses, and other pieces of equipment all made the room unusually crowded.

I felt very good about the whole experience. The only problem I had was with a lady in virtual nursing when I was very tired after the first day of checking in late at night and she made it difficult to get checked in in a timely manner little bit aggressive.. but I was tired too, so some of it was my fault
