Unfortunately, we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the Dr to visit us. We were not updated on his timeline by the staff. While checking out the staff was very timely with their response and worked around other patients which was greatly appreciated.

My past experience w Dr kassiotis had always been excellent. This time he seemed rushed. had to wait so the appointment was late in seeing the Doctor. He seemed to rush thru the time w me. He normally takes all the time to fully examine and answer all the questions. This was my first time in the Des Moines office. I will make my appointments in Webster City the next time.

I traveled approximately two hours to see him after your clinic left our area because I feel like he genuinely cares. I did not want to see the new doctors that did not know me or my medical history. He is a very kind doctor.
