Columbia was fine. My only issue is that it takes so long to figure out what is going on and what the plan of action is. I realize there is a process of figuring out my problems. It is more just frustration ...looking for answers and having a solution.

It was my first meeting with this provider and I felt immediately that she had familiarized herself with my history. She was approachable , listened carefully to my comments and provided reasoned and good advice.

I was very pleased that Columbia made time for me, I did not have an actual appointment. I’ve been waiting since I think October or November just to get results. The new service is apparently not user-friendly. When we came from my husband‘s appointment, his nurse Emily could see. I wasn’t feeling well and talked to Columbia and they were able to get me in within an hour so I very much appreciated that she explained why my doctor wanted to give me a pacemaker and what the results were from my last test then set me up for another test so they can do the pacemaker procedure. I would give Columbia a great review. She did wonderful.

She was telling me I was a risk of 2 for a stroke. I questioned her what had changed because I had been a 0 before. It took her awhile to figure it out and realized I was a 1 because of my age.
Columbia did not introduce the person who accompanied her. Columbia is probably competent, but there was no time for me to ask her questions. She seemed dispassionate, even though capable.
This was my first visit with her. So it's hard to give feedback.
