provider was poorly informed waited 40 minutes in exam room before provider entered

Rather indifferent, somewhat rude and had the test results in his hand but acknowledged never looked at them.

I was there to get my venous ultrasound results and discuss them but was presented with cosmetic treatments and I had to ask more than once about the results and what to do with them
