Dr. Brown listens to me, and asks questions for clarification or responds and asks if I have questions. Has referred me to specialists when necessary. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Brown at our first meeting.

Was recommended to go to my doctor by my job. Met this doctor in person to which she walked into the room and was making fun of the road I lived on mind you not in the best part of town sadly. To follow this up tried to explain to her what was going on medically to which she interrupted me before I could even finish in telling her what was going on to tell me if I was there for FMLA or any kind of workman’s comp she isn’t that kind of doctor and doesn’t want to waste her time. To which I answered back that’s not at all why I’m here if you let me finish what I have going on maybe we can go from there she said ok and I continued explaining my issue by the end of it she said she could help me better manage my health condition but if I needed anything else I was on my own. To which she apologized to me for wasting her and my time and said I can find another doctor and I can see myself out.
Dr Brown is a valuable asset to the team! She was my PCP when she was at Hammond Henry and I was able to locate her when she left and started with Genesis.
I have always doctored in Geneseo. Was sorry when she left & had to find a new doctor. But I found where she was at through a friend who is with another doctor on that floor.
Dr. Brown took the time to make sure we understood the change in lab work and made quality suggestions.
Listened to my concerns and was willing to forward me to a specialist.

Dr. Brown comes off as a very smart person however I feel her empathy and bedside manner is in need of some work. I feel that I was being seen as a lesser than person because im a stay at home mom.
