Katie was amazing! She was thorough and very upfront with the plan. I had sudden sensory hearing loss and while nerve wrecking Katie completely explained in detail what to expect and the treatment plan. She was really great! Made time for my appointments short notice which was great because we had a small window. I couldn鈥檛 be happier!

This visit was for myself. I understand Katie is a practitioner and not full ENT, but was disappointed in the lack of progress and answers.
