Kieran Allowitz, DO

Kieran Allowitz, DO, is a provider at MercyOne North Iowa Internal Medicine Residency. He’s passionate about a variety of medical issues, including:

• Oncology
• Palliative care
• Preventive care
• Patient education

Dr. Allowitz has always wanted to be a medical provider, and he feels it’s a privilege to be there for you during your most difficult moments in life. Whether it’s managing a chronic condition or navigating a new diagnosis, he enjoys “getting in the trenches” with you to make sense of your health challenges and build a clear path forward. His goal is to help you feel well, regardless of your diagnosis and ensure your care is perfectly aligned with what matters most to you.

Outside of work, he enjoys long-distance running, cooking with his wife and hunting for new thought-provoking movies to watch.
