Kirsten Maakestad, PT, DPT is a provider at MercyOne Clive Physical & Aquatic Therapy.
Kirsten graduated from Truman State University in 2015, majoring in Exercise Science. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa, graduating in 2017. She has worked in multiple PT settings but most extensively in outpatient therapy with additional experience treating vestibular, TMJ, aquatics and women’s health. Kirsten enjoys working with patients of all ages, interests and abilities and seeks to provide in-depth, personalized care to help them get back to the things they enjoy. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outside cycling, hiking, skiing, and traveling and enjoys whenever she can be joined by her husband, Logan, or dog, Freya.
