Looked at my eye from about 5 feet away. I would have expected a closer inspection to ensure the problem was not a particle in my eye and not just a stye as I had assumed.

Laura was great, she is very kind, informative and helpful. She scheduled me on the same day without long waiting time which I truly appreciate that. She is one of the best providers that I have seen. Highly recommended and appreciated all what she did.

I did that already in my initial comment. I really liked her she was very professional. She spent time with me and did a thorough exam. She sent me home without making me wait for the lab which I loved. Good idea!

This was the first time ever seeing Laura Thayer. Our primary care physician was out of the office that day. I was very impressed at her professionalism, her knowledge, and how much she cared about the patient. And she was very knowledgeable about what was going on with me.

I’ll say it again here in case it was in the wrong place earlier: I cannot say enough good things about Laura Thayer and her high quality of patient care. Her actions and words show that she genuinely cares about figuring out what the problem is, what is causing the problem, and how best to treat it. Like many people, I have encountered dismissive healthcare professionals who do not take my health concerns seriously or barely glance at my chart before coming into the room. Those kind of experiences make one hesitate to seek out medical care. However, Laura Thayer is not dismissive or apathetic like that. When I have an appointment with her, I know I will receive the best patient care while also being treated with respect and dignity. If I could make Laura my primary care provider, I would.
