He does a very good job we are thankful for his care . However he was a little bit less gentle on removing my drains after the surgery than I would have liked but he knew I was pretty tough and thought I could handle it ok. One thing he doesn't take the time for is getting to know his patients very much or letting his patients get to know him but that's probably normal for a very busy doctor. These are both things he should try to improve on.

I have only seen him for age related hearing loss. He cleans my ears before my hearing test. He has always listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I don't know how he would be for other ENT problems (ear aches, cholesteatomas, tonsils, etc.), so I rated him an 8, rather than a 10.
