He is very nice and respectful but I feel like he’s a triage doctor just listen and send you to a specialist. I understand sometimes it’s needed but not always.
He is very prompt, never having to wait.

I feel like Doctor Michael Presson is not concerned about my overall health and I am very dissatisfied with his service.And I really would like to get another Primary Doctor.
When it comes to mental health, he tells me it's not a medical issue and he doesn't deal with it. In 2024 I had talked to him about some concerns that I'd had with possibly growing up with some kind of learning disability, was told it's not a medical issue, so we're done here. I had also brought up concerns about my urine having a strong sweet odor in the mornings. Instead of doing a UA, he just assumed it's from dehydration. He also seems like he wants to get me out of his office as soon as possible.

I think he cares about my health. I feel corporate time restraints on office visits prevent him from being more thorough in his examinations. I value him as a caregiver.

He genuinely cared and did what he could to do to me.
He is very knowledgeable, but needs to slow down at times and explain what his brain is thinking. I think he is over booked and has to keep a schedule.
He is a great provider--listens to all problems and explains care. He is always either early for appointments, or is on-time. This is appreciated when we have busy schedules.

It's enjoyable seeing Dr Persson, it's quick and easy.
He always checks to see if I need my prescriptions refilled, he reviews my blood tests with me, and he makes out any referrals to other physicians during my visits. He always tells me to check back with his office for follow-up, if the referring physician doesn't contact me within a few days.
Dr Persson patiently and thorougly answers any questions I may have making me feel as if I am a partner in my health care.
