Michelle Harban, WHNP-BC

Michelle Harban, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in gynecology and gynecological oncology detection at MercyOne Comfort Health Center for Women. 

Conditions she frequently treats include: 

• Women’s annual exams
• Breast cancer screening
• Abnormal uterine/vaginal bleeding
• Perimenopause/menopause symptom management
• Vulvar vaginal complaints
• Lichen sclerosis
• Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia surveillance (VIN)
• Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia surveillance (CIN)
• Vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia surveillance (VAIN) 

She performs vulvar, vaginal, and cervical colposcopies. As well as vulvar, vaginal, cervical, and endometrial biopsies. If she detects the need for a gynecological oncologist, she refers you appropriately and provides after care. 

Michelle’s past work as a sexual assault nurse practitioner guided her journey to women’s health care. She’s dedicated to educate, empower and advocate for you and aims to build a strong bond with you to ensure you're living your best life. 

In her free time, Michelle loves drawing, painting, shopping, baking, holiday decorating and traveling. She and her family love all things Disney, evident in the name of their family dog, Walter Disney.
