When I told the receptionist nicely I had to leave she told me one of Dr Mallik鈥檚 nurses or MAs would call me to get me rescheduled. I did not ask for them to do that. The receptionist stated that. I have never received a call.

there are times when i see my doctor where she sends very rushed and doesn鈥檛 have the time to listen but i just assume that she鈥檚 super busy. It is not every time which is good, if it were, i would probably find another doctor. i love that dr mallik takes the time to listen and care about what her patients have going on. the medical industry has become less about quality of care and more about numbers. dr mallik doesn鈥檛 treat her patients like a number and that鈥檚 very important to me. her nurse tracey is also a valuable member of your staff. she鈥檚 great with patients as well.
