I prefer appointments with PA's. They talk more down to earth and make you feel like they really care. Aren't as clinical.

Pamela listened intently, took copious notes, and to date is the most decent person I have had contact within the Iowa heart system to date. She apologized profusely for your system that does not allow a patient to contact a real person/ or schedule appointment via phone..
Dr Sigmund was very professional & she is very knowledgeable. She is helping me with some of my health issues. I greatly appreciate her help.
Clarity is needed along with prompt responses to patients. It's sad to have to go to other organizations to try and gain answers.

Very enjoyable experience
She took my blood pressure medicine down, I think, which I’m very glad about. My daughter said To take my blood pressure here at home to be able to let them know how it’s doing.
