Premnath's journey to MercyOne began in India at Kilpauk Medical College in Chennai, India. From there he received further training in the United Kingdom before coming to the United States for pediatrics residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Chinnaiyan is passionate about maintaining a healthy diet and active lifestyle. He works daily to practice what he recommends to his patients, which includes limiting screen time and promoting healthy sleep practices.
"It's important for children to sleep well at night. It's essential to a child's development," says Premnath.
