Rachael Dirkx was fantastic, however, getting through to the Van Diest cardiology department in Webster City was a nightmare! No one would return my call to ‘make’ an appointment for a minimum of 7 working days! I finally filed a complaint to get someone to call me back. I needed to explain why I needed to be seen, a presurgery approval from a cardiologist. First time I’ve seen Rachael Dirkx. She’s the ONLY reason I’m coming back!!!!

Rachel told me about the Loop Recorder, I had not heard of it before. We set the appointment for insertion and it has relieved my mind know it is there. Next step is the Watchman. I have not heard from the surgeons office yet.
