Replacing my former POP I have only had a couple experiences with Rachel but my family has been treated excellent by her and I see no reason to expect the same for myself.

I saw Natalie, a NP student who was shadowing Rachel. She was amazing. She took her time reviewing my blood work and chart, explained everything so I could understand, looked me in the eye, and treated me with respect and care!!

Very good with Rachel, however, she stayed me on a medicine and then left on maternity leave. I called to see if I could get dosage lowered as I was having some side effects. Was advised I'd have to make an appointment with another practitioner. I dont understand why I have to, dont they have someone covering for her since she'll be gone 3 months. Costs me more money and time.
